The x-axis varies in the number of genes. Results are shown averaged across 20 replicates with standard error bars. All weighted methods (wASTRID, wASTRAL) ran on gene trees annotated with IQ-TREE aBayes support branch support and lengths. ASTRAL and wASTRAL-h are more accurate than ASTRID and wASTRID-s. The weighted methods have mixed accuracy compared to the unweighted ones
